Our day kicks off bright and early with the household hustle. We gather last-minute items, hitch our mobile boutique, and get the kids ready for Nana and Papa’s or the babysitter. And let’s not forget our essential morning coffee fix—absolute lifesaver! We’ve learned that water and healthy snacks are crucial to keep our energy up throughout the day.
Early Start at the Market
Once we’re out the door, it’s time to mark vendor spaces, put up signs, and ensure everything looks perfect. One time, we even had to set up around a car parked in our spot! The owner had to wait until the end to move it—an unexpected challenge that we turned into a fun memory.
Vendor Check-In and Setup Fun
As vendors start arriving, we check them in, show them their spots, and lend a helping hand. Meeting new vendors and creating a supportive environment is always a joy. Setting up our mobile boutique while organizing the market is a lively juggling act. The sense of community among vendors is truly special.

The market, nestled in a beautiful outdoor shopping venue, draws early birds. Sometimes vendors start selling before the official opening, and we’re all for it if they're ready. The day is filled with cheering on vendors, meeting our own business goals, and soaking in the unique experiences each event brings. Vendor Support
We make it a point to check in with vendors throughout the day, ensuring they’re doing well and gathering valuable feedback. This helps us improve and create even better market experiences. Having extra weights and a canopy on hand has saved the day more times than we can count!

As the market winds down, we help vendors pack up and share the schedule for the next event. We stay until everyone has cleared out, then head out to pick up the kids and grab dinner. Finally, we unwind at home, reflecting on a day filled with hustle, laughter, and community.
